My decision to become an artist was motivated by the belief that art will ultimately provide a means of fulfilment for the artist, as well as those who appreciate it. Because my art and philosophy are products of culture and community, one of my objectives is to share and explore the limits of artistic expression and purpose for both the individual and for humanity as a whole.

I have come to understand that questioning fundamentals is what drives my creative approach. I enjoy the discovery of the unknown and visualising different perspectives. I believe that art is a unique and diverse subject that allows my ideas to be expressed through a number of mediums as an expression of myself as well as a portal into human society.
Matti Katha
Stories are what draw people and communities together. Matti Katha is the space where these kinds of stories are created, through fine art. Art as a medium can reflect history, refine cultures and promote social change. The artist, therefore, becomes the story teller by drawing people into a space of awareness, transformation and change, using the language of Art.
